‘RAAM Roses are a team made of friends who grew up in the Winchester area. Entering Race Across America was a lifelong ambition for founder RAAM Roses riders, Ollie & Tim. Whilst completing the event would satisfy their cycling dreams, they wanted much more from the race aside from cycling over 3000 miles in under 7 days. This was the origin of the two key objectives; to win the mixed 4 person team category and break the record and to raise as much money as possible for a local charity. Over the past 6 months, the team has, and will continue to, take part in many fundraising events that will help increase awareness of their challenge and bring valuable exposure and ultimately support to Joe Glover Trust and Ideas Tap.’
